White Plains, NY, April 23, 2010: Simon Fashion Now, a free high-energy celebration of style at all price points made a stop at The Westchester on Friday April 23 and April 24, 2010. Simon Fashion Now brought the drama and excitement of runway shows to stylish shoppers in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. I had the pleasure to attend the Simon Fashion Now event this past weekend and saw incredible runway shows and took part in fun fashion events.
Simon Fashion Now kicked off this fun-filled weekend with Trends & Friends Night where you could enjoy a night of pampering, sampling and product demonstration from mall favorites like Crabtree & Evelyn, MAC Cosmetics, Origins and more. Also you had a chance to meet and greet with Miss New York Alyse Zwick along with The Real Housewives of NYC’s Jill Zarin, her sister Lisa Wexler and mom Gloria Kamen, who was signing copies of their new book, Secrets of a Jewish Mother. I had the pleasure of also sitting across from Jill, Lisa and Gloria at the Salvatore Ferragamo Show.
Harper’s Bazaar Runway Report/Fabulous at Every Age:
Also in attendance was the very fashionable Jane Loddo, Executive Merchandising Editor for Harper’s Bazaar highlighted the hottest fashion, beauty and accessories report and gave out fashionable tips for Fabulous at Every Age, a guide to mastering the season’s trends looks in your 20′s, 30′s, 40′s, 50′s and 60′s.
Salvatore Ferragamo Show
Salvatore Ferragamo was always known as a visionary, and his designs ranged from the strikingly bizarre to the traditionally elegant. His spring collection electrified the runway with bright sleek silhouettes that captured everyones attention.
Runway Fashion Show:
The fashionable fun continued with a runway show featuring: bebe, Vince, 7 For All Mankind, Lucky Brand, True Religion Brand Jeans, & Cache. Here were some of the fashionable pieces.
