In their long-awaited, sophomore collection, the hit design team of Norm & Gio Gaudet return with their most spectacular and beautiful creations ever…to open the shows at Toronto’s prestigious LG FASHION WEEK Beauty by L’Oréal Paris on Monday 29th March 2010 at 4:00 p.m..

Featuring a fusion of colours (deep water teals & blues, forest greens and vibrant reds & oranges), refined and raw textures & natural fibres (silks, wools, pearls & chiffon’s), GAUDET has crafted a “statement” coat for every Canadian woman’s wardrobe. Each multi textured & layered garment has been individually hand-made combining old-world technique and contemporary, sharp tailoring with soft feminine details to create a timeless garment fit for this and the next century. NOTE: In addition to opening Fashion Week and because of GAUDET’s links to the ancient and venerable country of Georgia, they have been charged with creating a special tribute before their show to this exotic land and people dedicated to the memory of the Georgian Olympic luge hero, Nodar Kumaritashvili, whose tragic passing marked the early days of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.
