New York, February 26: Lets face it, in today’s fashion forward world competition is all around us. Designers, Bloggers, Editors, Buyers, and other fashion related fields all are working over time to meet the demands of this steadily fast paced world. Ports 1961 clothing has always tickled my fancy. When I received an invite to review the collection I was so bummed that I couldn’t attend, so I decided to share with you my “Little Addik Secret”.
Ports 1961 collection possess the feeling of a sultry sophisticated sexy woman. The mastermind behind this international powerhouse is creative director Tia Cibani. I love a designer that is really inspired by their own travel experiences. Tia created a beautifully orchestrated collection for New York Fashion Week 2010. In addition to her “modern style” on the runway, Ports 1961 futuristic website is another gem for a FashionAddik like me. An interactive clip of a model showing off a garment before you decide to buy gives you your own personal fashion show from the convenience of your home. She is definitely on my style watch list.
